Use My Profile to update your contact details, photo, email signatures, and personal defaults.

Before you start

• Sign in to the Aptly account you want to update. This guide covers your own profile.
• Connect the inbox, calendar, or phone line you want to use before selecting it as a default.
• Your role and company settings control which account options are available. Ask an administrator if a setting you need is missing.

Changing your email address can affect how you sign in. Check with your administrator before changing login details, especially if your company uses Google or Microsoft authentication.

Accessing Your Profile Settings

From anywhere in Aptly:

1. Click on your avatar in the upper-right corner.
2. Select My Profile.

This will open your Profile Settings page, where you can view and edit your account information.

Profile Header Options

My Settings: 1 Open My Profile. 2 Use Save Profile after reviewing intended edits. This crop shows navigation and header controls without personal contact values.

The profile header includes account controls. Some options depend on your permissions and company settings:

1. Grant Support Access

This option is used only when requested by the Aptly Support team.

Granting access allows Support to access your account for 24 hours to troubleshoot a specific issue. You can revoke access at any time. See Granting Support Access.
