You have full control over who can access each board. Boards can be set as either private or public. Private boards allow you to add a single user or multiple users, depending on your preferences.

How to Make a Board Private

On the Board

To set a board to private, you’ll go to the board.

  1. Click on the Members 👥 icon in the upper right.
  2. At the bottom of the pop up, click Make Private.

If the board owner who creates the private board is removed as a user, the board will remain private.

  1. Click the Members icon in the upper right.
  2. Type a user’s name in the text box.
  3. Select the user. They are added now!
