• Connecting your Twilio account
• Adding or importing a phone number
• Making the phone line available to your team

Before You Get Started

You’ll need:

• An active Twilio account
• Admin access in Aptly
• At least one Twilio phone number (or the ability to purchase one)

Note: Twilio handles phone numbers, calling, and SMS delivery. Usage and carrier fees are billed directly by Twilio.

Step 1: Connect Your Twilio Account

1. In Aptly, click your profile avatar and go to Settings

2. Select Help Desk from the Settings Menu

3. Click ****the ****red Twilio button from within Help Desk

4. Sign in to your Twilio account and copy over your SID and Token into Aptly’s Twilio Settings.

   You can find this information in your Twilio console. (Account > API Keys & Tokens). Alternatively, you can click Create your Twilio Account now to be taken to the new Twilio accounts page.
