Aptly’s Trademark Guidelines (the “Guidelines”) have been created to help our partners, licensees, and other authorized third parties (collectively, “You”) understand how to use Aptly’s brand assets correctly, including our logos, trademarks, service marks, and any descriptions that refer to our products or services (“Aptly Brand Assets”).
You are permitted to use the Aptly Brand Assets only in accordance with these Guidelines and the Aptly Style Guide below. Any use of the Aptly Brand Assets contrary to the Guidelines or Style Guide is prohibited. Aptly reserves the right to revise or update the Guidelines and Style Guide at any time in its sole discretion.
The Aptly Brand Assets are the intellectual property of Invisible Apps Inc. By using or making reference to any Aptly Brand Asset, you agree to comply with the Guidelines and the Aptly User Terms of Use. You also acknowledge that Invisible Apps Inc is the sole owner of the Aptly Brand Assets, agree not to challenge or interfere with Aptly’s rights in its Brand Assets.
For purposes of clarification, the Aptly Brand Assets include both registered and unregistered trademarks and service marks of Aptly, including the Aptly word mark, the Aptly logo (vertical and horizontal), the Aptly logo comprised of a home in a triangular format used in connection with the Aptly word mark, and other Aptly slogans and taglines. Aptly, the Aptly logo, and combinations thereof are trademarks of Invisible Apps, Inc. and may be registered in the United States and/or other jurisdictions.
On light backgrounds, use our full-color logo with black text.
On dark backgrounds, use our full-color logo with white text.
