Aptly’s connection to AppFolio is powered by AppFolio Reports. Each integrated board pulls its data directly from a specific report. Before reviewing the list of boards and their linked reports, let’s take a moment to understand how integrated fields work.
All integrated fields are notated by a link icon in Card Settings. Hovering over the link tells you the source of the field.
Custom fields can be synced only if you’re connected to Appfolio via reports. Toggle on Custom Fields in your integration settings to sync them in.
Locations serve as the source of truth in Aptly. They bring in key information from AppFolio and act as the starting point for many of your workflows.
