Before You Get Started

• The A2P 10DLC registration wizard is available to admin users
• You’ll need to contact your Account Manager or Implementation Representative to have the wizard enabled
• You must connect a Twilio account to complete registration

Access the A2P 10DLC Registration Wizard

1. Go to Personal Phone Inboxes
2. Connect your Twilio account (if not already connected)
3. Once connected, you’ll see a “Steps Needed for A2P 10DLC Registration” section

If you already have an existing Twilio account, you can sync it to view and use your existing registration data.
